Since 1997, BIO SCALP has analyzed and understood the scalp conditions of countless individuals, accumulating extensive expertise.
Through this experience, we discovered that many modern people suffer from severe scalp issues.
Environmental factors worsen scalp health, causing hair to thin and eventually leading to the vicious cycle of hair loss.

While the three main causes of hair loss — genetics, aging, and male hormones — are well-known,
we found that even people who do not fit these traditional causes still experience hair loss.
The root cause of this issue lies in the scalp.

Article 1 (Consent to Collection of Personal Information)

BIO SCALP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides users with procedures to click either the "Agree" or "Cancel" button regarding the content of the Company's Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.

The following personal information is processed for consultation through online inquiries:

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent and collects personal information as follows for smooth customer consultation and service provision.
