Article 1 (Consent to Collection of Personal Information)

BIO SCALP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a procedure for users to click the "Agree" or "Cancel" button regarding the content of the Company's Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. Clicking the "Agree" button is deemed to have consented to the collection of personal information.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collection)

The following personal information is processed for counseling through online inquiries:

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent and collects personal information as follows for smooth customer consultation and service provision.
All information will not be used for purposes other than the above, and if the range of collected information, purpose, or usage changes, prior consent will be obtained.

• - Email, phone number: Notification of product consultation and event-related notices, provision of new services and product information (via DM, SMS, email, etc.)

Users may refuse to consent to the collection/use of personal information.
However, refusal to consent may limit consultation through online inquiries and restrict service use and benefit provision.

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, personal information is destroyed immediately after achieving its purpose.
However, if it is necessary to retain information under related laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains information for a certain period specified by the related laws.
In this case, the information retained will only be used for the retention purpose, and the retention period is as follows:

• - Records regarding contracts or subscription withdrawals: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• - Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• - Records on the collection/processing and use of credit information: 3 years (Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information)
• - The Company safely handles users' personal information and prevents leakage through the following destruction methods:
• - Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
• - Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that make the record unrecoverable.
