Article 1 (Consent to Collection of Personal Information)

BIO SCALP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides users with procedures to click either the "Agree" or "Cancel" button regarding the content of the Company's Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collection)

The following personal information is processed for consultation through online inquiries:
Collected items: Name, email, phone number

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent and collects personal information as follows for smooth customer consultation and service provision.
All information is used only for the purposes necessary for the above objectives, and any changes to the scope of collected information, purpose, or usage will require prior consent.
  • - Name: Identity verification for product consultation
  • - Email, phone number: Notification of product consultation and event-related information, provision of new service and product information (via DM, SMS, email, etc.)
Users may refuse to consent to the collection/use of personal information.
However, refusal to consent may restrict consultation through online inquiries and limit service use and benefit provision.

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
However, if retention is required by relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains the information for a period specified by the applicable laws.
In this case, the retained information is used solely for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows:
  • - Records regarding contracts or subscription withdrawals: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • - Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • - Records on the collection/processing and use of credit information: 3 years (Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information)
  • - The Company securely handles users' personal information and prevents leaks by destroying personal information in the following ways:
  • - Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
  • - Personal information stored electronically is deleted using technical methods that make it irretrievable.
