BIO SCALP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides users with procedures to click either the "Agree" or "Cancel" button regarding the content of the Company's Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.

The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent and collects personal information as follows for smooth customer consultation and service provision.

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
However, if retention is required by relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains the information for a period specified by the applicable laws.
In this case, the retained information is used solely for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows:
